Initial Meeting

Our first meeting will be focused on answering all of your questions, providing a current market summary, and determining if we are the right fit for you. This meeting can range from 45 minutes to 90 minutes. We’ll discuss

  • The current market, trends, and recent sales activity in your area

  • Which communication channels you prefer and how to ensure you feel heard and supported each step of the way

Home Presentation

After our initial meeting we’ll meet to present my strategy for the sale of your home. We’ll provide in depth data to support your suggested sales price, marketing strategy. My goal is to part ways feeling confident that our strategy is aligned to your goals and that you have full opportunity to ask any questions you have. This meeting can range from 90 minutes to up to 2 hours.

During your consultation, we’ll discuss the following topics:

  • How our home preparation team prepares your property to show its best qualities process
